Sometimes we notice our hands, chest and/or arms look saggy, fragile and lacking in spring. We have an excellent solution for this which means my clients will feel better in shorter sleeves, lower tops and showing off their lovely hands. Often my clients ask ‘what do you I think?’ I have known many of them for more than 10 years and have seen their faces change over time. What do I do when I look in the train-loo mirror, (after four nights of camping) and have 60 seconds to make myself look and feel a tiny bit better? Tinted moisturiser, tinted lip balm and a smile. If I wasn’t on the train and had an extra 60 seconds, I would apply mascara, earrings and sunglasses. This is the advice I give to some of my clients who come to see me and decide that they can’t afford a treatment or that it’s not the right time to have one. I am not a good saleswoman but my clients like my honesty.

How much is enough? To achieve natural results it’s super important to know how much of a change do my clients want? How much is enough for them and will the results look natural with the rest of their face. I originally saw this client for a neck treatment but while we were talking she confided that her eye bags also really worried her. I did a subtle filler treatment. This picture was taken straight after the treatment and the results improved over the next month. When I saw her for her free review she was so happy and told me she didn’t need concealer anymore.

Fabulous time at the beach without getting sunburnt. Looking at my holiday snaps am noticing that good sunglasses, a Me and Em dress in my favourite green and a smile covers up any other imperfections.
